Two-Axes Dynamical Tilt Stand with Integral Electronics NPS-2M

The stand is designed for determination of angular velocities and angular position during tests and calibration of navigation, orientation, and control systems, as well as inertial measurement units.

The stand consists of two frames with axes on racks. The control of frames and velocity monitoring are realized be means of three electronic modules embedded in racks and by the PC.

Single axis tilt stand with thermal chamber NS-1

NS-1 is designed for setting of angular velocities and angular positions during tests and thermal calibration of navigation, orientation and control systems, as well as inertial sensors.

Description

The stand consists of a single axis table with a horizontal shaft. On the overhang of the shaft there is a faceplate (located perpendicularly to rotation axis of the shaft). The shaft of the table passes through the hole in the side wall in the thermal chamber. The stand reproduces and measures angular motion and temperature in automatic mode from the PC, and controls the table functioning and thermal chamber. The stand allows to test units during temperature effect and angular motion simultaneously.

Laser Balance Complex LBU-K

The complex is intended for balancing dynamically tuned gyros of various types.

The complex allows to eliminate the following unbalances of gyros:
- moment unbalance (pickoff signal modulation),
- axial unbalance (displacement of rotor gravity center along rotation axis),
- radial unbalance (displacement of rotor gravity center in radial direction).

During balancing significance and angle of an unbalance are automatically determined with consequent adjustment of masses of a rotor with the help of laser ray.

OMEGA-7

Laser Interference Stand OMEGA-7

The stand is designed for definition and research of DTG parameters:

- torquer scale factor,
- temperature coefficient,
- current non–lineareity,
- time instability of the torquer scale factor.

The stand is one–axis gyrostabilizer to the principle of operation. Besides the tested gyro is the sensitive element of the gyrostabilizer. All parameters are defined in the scanning mode. Measurements are performed by laser interference displacement transducer and regulated by low angular rates sensor (IMUS).
